Managing Partner, Strategy + Development
Yanikk focuses on strategy and development at Abc Advisory. Before starting Abc Advisory, he held various research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning roles across the public and private sectors – supporting clients such as IN2, Bloomberg Global Business Forum, the US Institute of Peace (USIP), UNICEF, USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI), the World Economic Forum, Chemonics International, The British Council, and the MasterCard Center for Inclusive Growth.

Macey oversees our program delivery and operations. Prior to co-founding Abc Advisory, Macey led research, monitoring, and evaluation departments with USAID, Chemonics International, and Dexis Consulting Group. She holds an MA in Arab Studies from Georgetown University’s Center for Contemporary Arab Studies, with a concentration in Economics and Development, and a BA in International Comparative Studies and Cultural Anthropology from Duke University. She is a fluent Arabic speaker.

Juan Pablo Castro
Biography:

Juan Pablo Castro currently works as Senior Program Excellence Advisor for DT Global, a major implementer of international development programs. In his current role, JP is supporting the roll out of multiple institutional initiatives to improve management practices and procedures, learning, and innovation. Previously he served in senior leadership roles for different conflict, stabilization, and political transition programs in various parts of the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. JP has a bachelors’ degree in political science and economics from the University of Florida, and masters’ degrees in public policy and business administration from Princeton University and IE Business School.
